Can I choose my own gift contents?

Absolutely. We offer a wide range of curated packages for you to start from. You can customize one of your favourite gifts, or we can help you create a new one completely from scratch. It’s what we do best!

Do you charge for your consultations?

Never. We always provide free consultations, and are happy to chat with you any time. If you have a question, or are ready to get started creating, give us a call any time.

Do you sell single gifts?

Unfortunately, not at this time. We specialize in the assembly of kitted or program based gifts. We specialize in building great corporate gifting programs that works for you.

Are there minimum orders?

Yes, usually. But don’t worry, they are not as high you think. Many items have case minimums of 12’s or 24’s, or, we may be able to select items for you from our stock. Let us know your needs and we would be happy to explore how we can work together. And please remember, we never charge for consultations.

Can I order individual items instead of in a package?

Yes, you can. We specialize in high quality branded promotional products. We would be happy to assist you further.

Do you offer unbranded items?

Yes we do! Let us know what you are looking for, and we’ll be happy to help you find it. You can also view our catalog HERE.

How does sizing for apparel work?

You can send us a list of the sizes you need, or we can send you a standard distribution. Each package will be labeled discreetly indicating the sizing of the apparel within

Who designs the items?

Our Design Team will offer new ideas and create mockups for each project. Provide us with your logo, colors and any brand guidelines that may apply, and we will do the rest.

Can I design my own products?

You certainly can. GiftGuru will provide any templates you need to help you complete your own designs.

How long does it take my gifts to be sent out?

Depending on stock and availability, programs can typically be created, assembled and shipped within 3-4 weeks. Rush orders are often possible.

Will all my items fit in a box?

We like to use a 9”x12”x4” box for our standard packs because the size makes for an excellent file box, keeping your branding up front beyond your box’s original use.

If its’s not perfect, we’ll custom cut the box for your program, ensuring a great fit.

What are the turn around times?

Delivery times can vary between 5-15 business days from approval of all art and design work. While certain items can take longer, we will be happy to communicate those exceptions at the time of ordering.

What are some of my packaging options?

We offer custom printed boxes and/or standard mailer boxes. Custom boxes can be printed in any or full color, inside and out, and are sized specifically for your program. Standard mailer boxes are available in white or kraft and can be cost-effectively elevated with high-quality branded labels or ribbon/tape.

Are all packages pre-assembled?

Of course! We lovingly assemble your packages by hand at our facility in Mississauga, Ontario Canada, and ship directly to your recipients. We make sure every package is as perfect as the first before shipping.

What is included in a typical package?

It depends on your needs! Our most popular packages in 2021 have included Memobottle water bottles, hard cover notebooks, screen-printed t-shirts, pens, and stickers inside a custom printed or customized box. For our newest ideas, contact our team any time.

Can a run of packages be different?

Yes! we want to make your job easier. If you need to send different products to certain groups, we will do our best to make your vision happen.

Can I track my shipments?

Absolutely. Once your packages are ready to be shipped, you will be updated with your tracking info via email.

What happens if a package is returned?

If the recipient rejects their package or it was sent to an errant address, the package will be returned to us. You will then be able to re-ship the package out if needed, but this cycle does take time and additional shipping fees may be incurred. GiftGuru.ca is not responsible for the condition of returned packages.

How do I submit multiple addresses?

We will provide you with our easy spreadsheet to help you gather and organize your recipient information. It’s a great format for us to receive your information as well.

How can I collect apparel sizes?

Our same easy spreadsheet also contains a spot to indicate your recipient’s preferred apparel size.

Do you verify addresses?

Our system automatically checks the accuracy of shipping address and we will provide suggestions for any corrections.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We can ship your gifts to almost any location worldwide. Rates and shipping times will vary depending on your chosen package and location(s) but we will be happy to calculate shipping for you based on your needs.

Do you ever contact recipients?

GiftGuru does not re-market to, or contact your recipients for any reason unrelated directly to your project, for example, insuring timely delivery.

What happens if apparel items don’t fit?

We do not accept returns for fit. Size charts for all apparel items are available on request.

How long do mockups take?

Once we understand your needs we can usually send mockups within 48 hours.

What do I need to get started?

Just you, your logo and your ideas.

When does recipient info need to be provided?

To ensure that your program is shipped on time, we require all shipping information 10 days prior to your selected shipping date. If shipping information is provided late, delays in shipping your program may occur.

Can I order pre-production samples?

Yes, you can order pre-production samples. Samples are recommended, especially if you are printing your logo on promo products for the first time. Note: pre-production sample charges are credited back to your order on orders over $5,000.

Can I send products from our partners and sponsors?

Definitely. Event sponsors and other partners love the ability to have their products included in your programs, and we wouldn’t disappoint them. Let us know what you are thinking. Product insert fees and storage fees may apply.

Do you charge for assembly?

No! If you purchased your items through GiftGuru, assembly of your packages are included.

Can I add wine or spirits to my gift?

Absolutely. We are able to a variety of excellent wines and top-shelf Canadian spirits which can be included in your gift. Please let us know what you are looking for, and we will be happy to help.

Can you deliver to the U.S.?

Yes. Most of our gifts and products can be shipped anywhere in North America. With apologies, additional charges will apply. Let us know your needs, and we will be happy to tell you how we can help.

Do you carry PPE?

We work with a number of Canadian custom mask suppliers. allowing you to include these items in your gift package.

How do I know what a larger job might cost?

Whether ordering promotional products, or a fully custom gift box, once we understand your needs, we will promptly provide you with an unbeatable quotation.
